Steps to Submit a Request
- Enter your Order ID and registered Email/Phone number.
- Select the product(s) you wish to return or exchange.
- Choose your preference: refund, size exchange, or replacement.
- Submit your request. You will receive confirmation within 24–48 hours.
Pickup Process
Once approved, our courier partner will schedule a pickup. Please ensure the product is neatly packed, unworn, and has original tags intact.
Processing Timeline
Returned items are inspected once they reach our warehouse. Refunds or exchanges are typically processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
